SANTA ANA, Calif. (AP) — A federal decide in California has fined the Mongols motorbike club $500,000 in a racketeering case but still gained’t let the federal government take away the club’s management over its trademarked emblem.

A decide at a Friday sentencing in Santa Ana refused another U.S. authorities bid to wrest away the club’s management of its picture — a Genghis Khan-like determine with sun shades driving a chopper.
