DHAKA,Bangladesh (AP) — Police say a truck loaded with coal has overturned and crashed into staff’ huts at a brickfield in japanese Bangladesh, leaving 13 lifeless and two injured.

Police official Mahfuzur Rahman says the driving force misplaced control of the truck when it plowed into the housing models as the workers have been asleep at Chauddogram in Cumilla district early Friday.

He says a dozen staff died at the scene while one other succumbed to his injuries on the best way to a hospital. Two others are being treated.

Cumilla is eighty four kilomters (fifty two miles) southeast of Dhaka, the capital.

Street accidents are widespread in Bangladesh because of lax enforcement of visitors legal guidelines, reckless driving and dangerous roads.
